FRIDAY OCTOBER 13TH

  • With Your Fall Retreat Hosts - Nicole Lindstrom and Megan Miller

  • With Dr. Zach Cashin + Krista Cashin

Everything in the universe is light or sound. Through sound journeying, one can move stagnation and energy blockages. Dr. Zachary Cashin has been practicing chiropractic and holistic healing methodologies for over 30 years. The profound vibration of bells, chimes, flute, gongs and didgeridoo will wash over you to accelerate both subtle and deep levels of healing, integration and transformation. Let the waves of sound move over through fields and allow the pieces of yourself to become unified. Krista Cashin will assist through the art of Healing Touch - a therapy that induces a deep state of calm and relaxation. She will offer light touch of the shoulders, face and neck and may incorporate essential oils. You are welcome to bring comfortable layered clothing, an extra mat and blanket, or anything else that might make your body more comfortable through the journey.

To prepare us for this experience, Nicole Lindstrom will guide us through a morning practice, expanding our minds and bodies with fluid and gentle movement, tapping us into our hearts for receiving the wisdom and grace of tea.

The Tea Ceremony begins with a gentle guided meditation to bring all of the senses alive and arrive in full presence. From here we share 3 rounds of tea in silence. You are invited to dedicate each bowl to something in your life or beyond yourself. We finish with an integrative and cleansing round of hot water. This Tea Ceremony invokes the element of fall, inviting connection to the natural world beyond ourselves.

  • with Laura Kirk + Megan Miller

Fall is the time of year to offer gratitude and harvest our seeds - as the days shorten and the temperatures cool, we prepare to move inward. We seek the sacred harvest to offer gratitude and process all the lessons offered through the previous season.

We will begin the afternoon with a gift of gratitude through a community Biodynamic Stir and blessing of the Peace Garden. Then we will spiral down to the sacred Kiva to join in ceremony. During this ceremony, Laura will guide participants on a group journey through the labyrinth. This experience will offer a time of quiet to reflect on the season’s passed moments and envision the seasons yet to come.

This is a potent process, and the healing offered through the walking of the labyrinth can shed light on many different layers of our selves.
