True Flow
Creative and fluid - these classes connect breath through intuitive and organic movement, informed by several dynamic elements such as the weather, seasons and energy in the room. Explore flowing asanas, pranayama (breathwork), and meditation to cultivate strength, enhance stamina, and explore body, mind, spirit.
Slow Flow + Meditation
Unwind and find your center with slow, deliberate, flowing sequences that improve flexibility, balance, and inner calm. This class ends with soothing meditation practices to release stress and bliss out.
Strong Basics
Great for beginners who have never stepped onto a mat as well as yogis who would love to revisit their practice, this class builds upon proper alignment with supportive + strong guidance.
Stretch
A rejuvenating class consisting of both static and active stretch sequencing for releasing tension, unwinding hard to reach places, and establishing movement with a refined sense of clarity and ease.
Restorative
A guided surrender into quiet, supported postures using bolsters and blankets. Gentle and long-held poses facilitate deep relaxation.
Pranayama + Yoga Nidra
A combination of longer held yoga poses and conscious breathwork, followed by guided relaxation This class establishes a sense of calm, reprograms the nervous system, and trains the body to deeply relax.
Nia Dance Fusion
Drawing from martial arts, dance and healing, Nia empowers students through connecting the body, mind, emotions and spirit. Appropriate for all levels.
Yin
Postures that work the connective tissues and facilitate deeper connection to the emotional body by moving deeper into the physical body. This class is designed to establish balance by working with the meridians and the elements of the season, using a combination of longer held Yin poses.
Yin +MFR
Establish balance by working with a combination of longer held Yin poses + Myo-fascial Release (MFR) techniques that utilize yoga props and RAD balls.
Work with positions that address the connective tissue and facilitate deeper connection to the emotional body by moving into layers of the physical body. Aid muscle recovery by unwinding stored tension and reducing inflammation in the body.

Myofascial Release (MFR) techniques utilize RAD products to aid in muscular recovery, unwinding stored tension and reducing inflammation in the body. Benefits include reestablishing healthy movement patterns and assisting in fluid range of motion.

Each teacher weaves stretch elements together in a unique and therapeutic way as an excellent complement to sports, aiding in athletic muscular recovery and injury prevention.
