Align + Advance

This intermediate evening class uses breath, asana, mantra and patience to align and advance your practice.

Family Yoga

Playful and restorative, this class for you and your child incorporates breathing, physical movement, and meditation. Age requirement:  5 years and up, MUST ATTEND with parent or guardian. $10 drop-in rate per child, adults can use punch pass, unlimited or drop-in rate.

Flow Yoga

Connects breath + movement through a series of flowing postures. Flow (vinyasa) ties sun salutes, various asanas, and pranayama (breathwork) to build heat, explore energy centers, and increase awareness in the body, mind and spirit. 

Flow + Mobility

Flow ties sun salutes, various asanas, and pranayama to build heat, move energy, and increase awareness in the mind, body, and spirit. The mobility portion will work with movements to increase your range of motion and RAD products that aid in recovery training and self-myofascial release. 

Flow + Yin Yoga

This class begins with a gentle vinyasa sequence and pranayama to assist the mind and body to come into coherence with breath. Designed to stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system and encourage the flow of prana in the organs and connective tissues,  this practice targets and brings awareness to the deepest areas of the body.

Invigorate Yoga

An energizing practice that combines challenging asana (postures), pranayama, and other elements dependent on the instructor. Revive and awaken prana (energy) in this practice. 

Myofascial Release + Restore

This class combines gentle yoga poses and Myofascial Release (MFR) techniques to unwind stored tension in the body; benefits include: the reestablishing of healthy movement patterns, assisting in fluid range of motion.

Nia Dance Fusion

Nia empowers people of all shapes and sizes by connecting the body, mind, emotions and spirit. Nia draws from martial arts, dance and healing. Every class offers a unique combination of 52 moves in a way that is blissful, inspirational and packed with power. Appropriate for all levels.

Pranayama, Meditation + Yoga Nidra

This class is a combination of longer held yoga poses and conscious breathwork, followed by a guided relaxation such as Yoga Nidra. It helps to establish a sense of calm, reprogram the nervous system, and train the body to deeply relax in preparation for a restful night’s sleep. 

Restorative Yoga

A guided surrender into quiet, supported postures using bolsters and blankets. Gentle and long-held poses facilitate deep relaxation. 

Stretch Yoga

A relaxing class consisting of poses done on the floor to release tension and increase flexibility. 

Strong Yoga Basics

Great for beginners who have never stepped onto a mat as well as yogis who would love to revisit their practice, this class builds upon proper alignment with supportive + strong guidance. 

Yin Yoga

This class is designed to establish balance in the body by using a combination of longer held Yin poses, gentle movement, MFR  techniques and guided relaxation.
