Whether you are a brand-new student or an advanced yogi, True Nature has the perfect yoga class to support your practice and help you grow as a student.
True Nature has a variety of yoga classes taught by our Valley’s most beloved teachers!

We welcome all levels of experience and offer a diverse menu of classes.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before class, and check in with our front desk staff before heading to the studio. If this is your first class, please fill out a new student waiver. Coats and shoes may be stored in the reception area. Please do not wear perfume or strong scents to class.
Before class begins, please share any questions or concerns with your teacher, especially regarding any past injuries or medical issues that may affect your practice. During class, if you are having difficulty, do not hesitate to ask for help. Be gentle and honor yourself and the practice. Let go of any expectations or the need to perform, and instead dedicate yourself to being in the moment with your breath and body. All will unfold as it needs to.
Mats and props are available for use. Students are responsible for cleaning mats after use.

Our unlimited yoga passes are designed to support a steady and consistent practice. They are not eligible for freezing or holds once activated.
We encourage you to embrace the flexibility of your unlimited pass and enjoy as many classes as you can during your pass duration.
If you anticipate an extended absence, we’re happy to help you explore alternative pass options that may better suit your needs, such as our 10-punch pass, which does not expire and can always be used at your convenience.

Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this all-levels class offers a supportive space to flow, unwind, and recharge.
