Kim Riley, Adventure Health Retreat Facilitator and Transformational Coach.
As a busy solopreneur and a woman well into my menopause years, I know firsthand the toll that stress, overwhelm and unpredictable mood can take on physical, mental and emotional health. At times, I’ve struggled with imbalance, neglecting exercise, getting little sleep, and compromising my personal relationships, which only deepened the strain. However, I’ve found profound healing in nature and in physical exercise—whether hiking, skiing, biking or simply being present in nature's beauty and powerful presence—which always grounds and rejuvenates me.
With over 35 years of experience in public health education and life coaching, I am passionate about helping others achieve holistic wellness. Through workshops and outdoor adventure retreats, I guide mildlife women toward reducing stress, enhancing relationships, and fostering lifelong healthy habits, so they can live their best lives with joy and balance.
