Alyssa has a life-long study committed to the art + science of deep care & de-conditioning as a pathway to the freedom of our uniqueness. Her career as a Coach and Guide began in 2015 with her private practice as a holistic Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. Born from the mundane challenges Alyssa faced as a young woman, she is passionate about the intersection between deep nourishment, Eros, self-expression, embodiment de-conditioning, sensuality & spirituality.

Educating women to synchronize nourishment with sensuality, embodiment, movement, Eros and the ebb-flow nature of their Menstrual Cycles was the core of her work. The more she guided, it became increasingly clear that interconnectedness needed to be the basis, so she expanded her study into the energetics Human Design, Astrology, Gene Keys, and the iChing.

Alyssa began guiding from the Law of Correspondence, encouraging people to notice how their relationship with themselves colored their relationship to everything else: food, eating, sensuality, their body, sexuality, self-confidence, decision making & the like. After all, we don't eat, live, nor love in a vacuum. Everything ripples.

Due to the fundamentally intimate, highly-personalized, interconnected nature of each person's ever-changing experience, in 2020 Alyssa made the bedrock of her practice Human Design. In addition to the educational, deconditioning systems Rhythm: Embodied Eating & Erotic Integration, Alyssa pioneered and teaches from, she focuses on reorienting humans with their unique energetic mechanics as a means to learn to find their own, self-directed way back into dynamic connection with the Magick in the Mundane.

Alyssa Troob is a bridge between the seen and unseen, the mind and body, the story and the soul. As a storyteller, somatic healing practitioner, and creative guide, she helps people alchemize their emotions, liberate their voices, and reclaim their innate power through movement, energy work, and deep self-expression.

With a background in embodiment practices, emotional processing, and intuitive healing, Alyssa’s work is a fusion of sacred theatre, creative play, and raw, unapologetic authenticity.
